Nestled in a secluded rural location, this unique accommodation offers breathtaking views from every window, ensuring a relaxing and picturesque escape.
With a wood fired hot tub, outdoor bath and cosy log burner, you can unwind and relax, enjoying the perfect blend of comfort and nature.
Coety Bach provides everything you need for a luxurious stay. Inside, this centrally heated cabin you’ll find a fully functional kitchen, a king-sized nook bed and a large corner bath. With robes, all linen and towels provided.
Light up the firepit for a romantic evening under the stars. Enjoy alfresco dining with our tripod grill, making your outdoor experience even more delightful.
Whether you're into bird watching, stargazing or hiking, Coety Bach offers the perfect setting for your adventures.
With free onsite parking, complimentary free-range eggs when available, and beautiful seasonal decorations, your stay is bound to be memorable.

“Nadolig Llawen! Couldn't have asked for a better Christmas for our first one just the two of us! It's been perfect! Such a cosy special space, having the fire on every night and Christmas lights made it so festive and lovely. We made a full Christmas dinner and even had leftovers on Boxing Day. An initial payment of 25% will be required upon booking. The remainder of your stay is payable 10 weeks before your arrival.

Check in on or after 4:00pm. Checkout is on or before 10:00am.
However, you checkin early as an optional extra. (See at checkout). -
A non-refundable 25% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than ten weeks before arrival date must be paid in full. The balance must be paid no later than ten weeks before the start of your stay. Preferred payment is by PayPal. Prices do not include any charges incurred (foreign exchange or transfer fees) from receiving payment.

Coety Bach is located in an elevated position in the Radnoshire countryside. We are near to the village of Penybont which is just outside the town of Llandrindod Wells in the county of Powys.

Coety Bach is a child-free, adult only retreat with no children permitted.

There is no TV or WiFi at Coety Bach. We aim to help people ‘switch off’ from the daily grind and help develop a greater sense of wellbeing. We hope to enable guests further appreciate the natural environment. If needed, a 4G signal and a good mobile phone signal is available on some networks.

Coety Bach is not suited for those with restricted mobility as it is a steep walk up to the cabin.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights per booking.

We accept up to two well behaved dogs. We ask that they are not allowed on the bed and that they are kept on a lead in the vicinity of the cabin. This is due to the amount of nearby livestock. There is a £25 charge per stay for your pet.

It's advisable to bring a torch along with you if you intend to venture out after dark.

Yes. There is a designated parking spot for one standard sized vehicle on the driveway.

Keys will be picked up from a pre-arranged location before arrival.

Yes, towels and bed linen are provided.

Guests are not permitted to smoke or vape in the cabin. Guests are permitted to smoke on the veranda or porch.

Coety Bach has a firepit and tripod where guests can cook on the grill provided. However, during particularly dry spells of weather the firepit may be closed due to safety concerns.

Please leave the key in the door and leave the cabin as you found it.

We take every care to ensure that the cabin is in tip-top condition. If there is a problem guests can use the contact details provided on booking to let us know. There’s usually someone around on site to answer any queries.
